Holidays in the Workplace: 2014

We recently surveyed more than 1,100 administrative professionals about the importance of holiday celebrations in their office.

The survey revealed that office holiday parties continue to be important to employees and bring value to companies. While over-the-top corporate extravaganzas have been replaced by holiday parties that more than a third (36 percent) of employees deem as a casual event that people stop by the end of the work day, the annual event is still an important part of the work year for most employees.
